What this site does today
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to our email delivery provider so that the enquiry can reach us.
If you ask to be told when something new is published, the email address you give is sent the same way and arrives in the same mailbox. It is not stored in a database on this site, not published, and not sold or passed to anyone else. To stop receiving those notices, reply to one and say so.
Those two forms are the only times this site transmits something you have typed.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics additionally receives which pages you viewed and which kind of enquiry you selected. It never receives the enquiry itself, your name or your email address. You can change or withdraw that permission at any time on the cookie policy page.
When published, this policy will cover what information the contact form collects, how it reaches the company, how long it is kept, and who to contact about it.
