    Cookie Policy

How this site uses cookies and similar technologies, and the choice you have about them.

    Version 1.0 · Effective

    What this site does today

This site sets no cookies of its own. Until you allow analytics, it loads nothing from another company, and it makes exactly one outbound request — sending your message to our email delivery provider when you submit the contact form.

If you allow analytics, the site loads Google Analytics, which sets the two cookies listed below. It never receives your name, your email address, or anything you type into a form.

    1. About this policy

This policy applies to vionexta.com and explains what Vionexta Innovations Private Limited stores on your device when you visit, why, and for how long. It covers any cookies the site sets, any third-party service it loads, and the choice you have about them.

It is published as a binding statement of our practice, not as a draft. Where it differs from what the site actually does, the site is wrong and we will correct it — please tell us using the contact in section 8.

    2. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep, and hands back on later visits. Local storage works similarly but is never sent over the network — the site can read it, but nobody else receives it. Both are listed together below, because the distinction that matters to you is what is stored and who can see it, not which browser mechanism holds it.

    3. What this site uses

The complete list. If something is not in this table, this site does not store it.

    4. What this site does not use

Functional: none. We set nothing to remember preferences, because the site has none to remember. Your analytics choice is the only thing stored, and it is listed above as strictly necessary.

Advertising: none. We run no advertising technology, no remarketing, no conversion pixels and no cross-site tracking. Nothing on this site profiles you or personalises what you are shown, whether or not you allow analytics.

    5. Your choice, and how to change it

Analytics is off until you allow it. You can change your mind at any time, here, and withdrawing is exactly as easy as allowing — one click, with no account and no email required. If you clear your browser's storage, your choice is cleared with it and you will be asked again.

    6. Legal basis

We rely on your consent for analytics, given by an affirmative action and withdrawable at any time. Nothing analytical is loaded before that consent is given. The record of your choice is strictly necessary to honour it — without it we could not tell that you had already declined.

We process personal data as a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where a visitor is in the EEA or the UK, we treat the analytics cookies as requiring prior consent under the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR, which is how this site behaves for everyone regardless of location.

    7. Third parties and international transfer

The only third party is Google LLC, which provides Google Analytics 4. If you allow analytics, Google receives which pages you viewed, a randomly generated identifier, and a small number of events — an article opened, a search started, an enquiry sent. Google processes this outside India, including in the United States. Its practices are described in Google's Privacy Policy and Google's business privacy notice.

Our contact form is delivered by an email service provider. That is unrelated to cookies — it runs only when you press send — and is covered by our privacy policy.

    8. Your rights, and how to raise a grievance

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Analytics data is pseudonymous, so in practice the fastest and most complete way to exercise those rights is to withdraw consent in section 5 and clear this site's cookies in your browser — that removes the identifier tying any future activity to your device.

For anything else, or to raise a grievance, write to connect@vionexta.com with "Privacy — rights request" in the subject. We will acknowledge your request and respond as promptly as we reasonably can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

    9. Changes to this policy

If what this site stores changes — a cookie added, removed, or changed in purpose or duration — we republish this policy under a new version with a new effective date rather than editing it quietly. Every version is listed here.
